7/31/04 2005 California Government Policy had determined not to lower the ADHCs daily expenses by 18%, but will maintain the                current spending the next three years, as well as rejecting the application for new centers.

8/6/04 HIPPA Revision will occur in 2005. The revision will carefully scrutinize the current policies’ faults and short-comings, the              create stricter limitation in order to decrease government spending.
